We value your satisfaction and want you to be happy with every purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

Personalized or custom-made gifts

Sale items or gift cards

Items marked as “final sale”

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately  we’ll make it right 💕

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping.

4. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different color, size, or design, please contact us at lovellagifts5@gmail.com

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company  it may take some time for your refund to post.
